Chief Medical Officer, Centric Health

Donal Bailey is Chief Medical Officer of Centric Health, leading clinical strategy, population health, and the organisation’s clinical agenda across Ireland, the Netherlands, and Germany. He oversees chronic disease management and research initiatives through a population health lens, digitally integrated care models, and clinical governance structures. Donal has a particular focus on outcome-based care, achieving common alignment among stakeholders in the sector to tackle shared problems, and the effective integration of technological advances into frontline practice. Donal is a GP and executive leader with training in Sports & Exercise Medicine and an MBA, and is the Managing Director of Care-Connect, a collaborative between Centric Health and Irish Life Health supporting patients to manage complex chronic conditions outside the hospital. He works at the intersection of clinical leadership, systems design, and technology-enabled primary care.
